đ Ingredients
For the cake:
5 eggs đ„
150 g sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
100 g butter (melted) đ§
150 g all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
For the meringue:
3 egg whites
150 g sugar
1 handful of chopped nuts (optional) đ°
For the cream:
500 ml milk đ„
1 package vanilla pudding mix
2 tablespoons sugar
200 g butter (softened)

1. Cake:
Separate the egg whites from the yolks.
Cream the egg yolks with the sugar until light and fluffy.
Add the melted butter and vanilla. Add the flour and baking powder and mix gently.
Pour the batter onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
2. Meringue:
Whisk the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
Gradually add the sugar until the mixture is shiny and thick.
